Dr. Chantelle Elmer is a Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is ANCC Board Certified. She graduated from the University of Utah with High Honors and has provided life-saving measures and procedures for the last 18 years, first as a Registered Nurse then a Nurse Practitioner. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chantelle observed a significant lack of general health and wellness, resulting in poor resilience and life expectancy. As a result, she established her own business focusing on strengthening wellness and improving vitality!Â
